Due to expansion my client is looking for a confident person with a strong Customer Service background who can work as part of a successful team.

Duties Include:

• Providing a full breakdown service to customers on a Nationwide and European basis
• Receive and input accurate information into a bespoke database
• Follow instructions which are relevant to customer requirements
• Action service requests to approved sub contractors
• Monitor ongoing breakdowns and keep customers updated until the breakdown is finalised.
• To also carry out additional duties as and when requested.

The right person for this role will have at least 2 years customer service experience, have the ability to work on their own initiative and to strict deadlines.

This is an immediately start vacancy on a temp to perm contract working 40 hours a week between Mon and Fri 6am – 6pm

£7.00 per hour rising to £7.50 after 3 months.
