Business Development Executives

Rate: £ 13.7 K (full-time (per year))

We’re recruiting for experienced Business Development Executives; you will be working for a variety of high profile clients in the following sectors:
• Insurance, banking and financial services
• I.T and web design
• Marketing and creative design
• Publishing, leisure and business services
The earning potential in this department is excellent and is directly linked to your performance. There is a basic of £13,650 per annum, with our commission structure the minimum you should earn in the first year is £23,000. However you can increase this significantly with the right drive and attitude and earn in excess of £35,000.
The focus is on agent development and for career minded individuals there are excellent opportunities for 2008. You will take part in the VOICE PDP (personal development plan) which intends to progress our people into management positions.
