Customer Service Manager Doncaster £18,000 - £22,000

A Customer Service Manager is required for a large company based in Doncaster to manage the customer services team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service to all areas of the business. The key areas and tasks will include;

Implementing customer complaints procedures and overseeing the resolution of all customer claims/ concerns
Providing reportage to the line manager to minimise future repetition
Maintain accurate and up to date records both manual and electronic
Provide support to other members of staff in the department as and when required.


The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and ideally have experience managing or leading a team although this is not essential.
