Our client and one of the leading independent mental health hospitals which provides a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) / Low Secure service for Young People in the north west regions which works closely with Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) teams to ensure discharge preparation is planned appropriately and that the length of stay remains at a minimum.

Role Summary:
To support the Consultant in the adolescent services in the provision of clinical care to a defined patient group.

Requirements include:

Attend daily clinical handover. Attend wards after same to address acute medical/psychiatric issues.
Support Consultant Psychiatrists in their roles as Responsible Clinicians.
Manage mental health needs of patients as per care plans and clinical needs.
Patients recently admitted should have a mental state assessment daily until stabilised.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining a full time medical presence on the unit and offering support to other members of the multi-disciplinary team as required.

Physical Healthcare is primarily provided by the visiting GP who attends weekly along with a Phlebotomist, but occasionally acute physical healthcare needs may arise which require input and management by the Junior Doctor.

You will act as the first Doctor to be contacted during the day if the nursing staff within the Hospital have any concerns about the physical health of a patient.

You will work closely with the visiting GP and ensure that blood results, clinical results etc., are recorded accurately.

You will also take responsibility for the Physical Healthcare Summaries ensuring that they are up to date, accurate and (with the assistance of the Medical Secretaries) are available for Consultants at ward rounds.

You will attend ward rounds as and when required and agree ongoing care.

You will be expected to communicate regularly with the Responsible Clinicians with whom they are working and receive formal supervision, one hour weekly from a nominated Responsible Clinician.

You will also be responsible for completing and compiling the discharge summaries when patients leave the service.

You will asses new patients and also document findings on the day of their admission. Reference should be made to the pre-admission psychiatric and nursing assessment reports in the notes during the checking in process.

As part of the remit you will also participate in CPA, MHRT's and Managers Hearings including preparation of reports under supervision where appropriate.

You will be flexible and particptae on the on call rota with the other Doctors who work within the Hospital attending clinical governance meetings, admission and discharge and com,munity meetings where required.

Overall Job Purpose:
The TMS project is responsible for the implementation of the Tram Management System (TMS) across Phase 1 and 2 (existing lines) and Phase 3 (new lines) areas is divided into geographic sections and each section is allocated to be the responsibility of one of three Delivery Teams: A, B and C. Each delivery team has a Project Delivery Manager and a Project Engineer (delivery).
For Phase 3, the new lines, the TMS project provides the TMS design and equipment to a separate contractor MPT who undertakes the installation of TMS equipment. The TMS project then tests and commissions the TMS system. MPT is a consortium between MPACT and Thales under a separate contract to the same client.

The purposes of this role are:
1.       to support Project Delivery Manager of Delivery Team A
2.       to contribute Construction Design expertise to the overall delivery team, specifically the design of fixings to structures and minor civils

The Project Engineer will assist in various areas of the day-to-day management of the route sections allocated responsibility to Team A, including taking delegated responsibility to attend meetings on behalf of the Project Delivery Manager.
The second responsibility is a specific competence required for this Project Engineer position and is to ensure that this competence is covered by the TMS delivery function overall. The other Project Engineers will also have different specific team competencies.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
1.       To work with and interface to all disciplines of the TMS project team (design, software, testing, installation) to ensure that deliverables and milestones contained in the TMS delivery programmes for Team A sections are achieved.
2.       To work with and interface to the other relevant stakeholder, (predominantly MPT) project teams (installation and testing) to ensure that the MPT deliverables and milestones contained in the TMS delivery programmes for Team A sections are achieved and in accordance with the TMS designs.
3.       Support the Delivery Project Manager with the production of both the monthly client and internal Thales reports related to the Team A sections.
4.       Work closely with the TMS Programme and Possession Planners to ensure that the Programme is in line with the more detailed planning of the works to be carried out and to ensure that the detailed planning of these works is undertaken either by the TMS project or MPT, as appropriate.
5.       Support the Delivery Project Manager (Team A) by leading site based activities, where required and including snagging walk through, test readiness reviews and site inspections/surveys
6.       Support the Delivery Project Manager (Team A) by leading on the preparation for the test readiness gateways from MPT to the TMS project, specifically to ensure that MPT test records and snagging information are available.
7.       Attendance at TMS team project and MPT progress meetings, and monitoring/completing actions.
8.       To produce outline designs for specific fixing or installations details required to address site specific issues. These designs are produced as outlines for the TMS CAD operator to create design drawings and which will then be checked and approved by the TMS Construction Manager and the TMS CRE (Competent Resident Engineer) respectively.

Key responsibilities - To maintain food safety standards and demonstrate effective compliance with all legal requirements and internal KPIs. - To develop an efficient and effective quality services support operation for manufacturing linked to the site plan and KPIs. - Responsible for the management of onsite hygiene functions to ensure consistently high service levels are maintained. - Responsible for the management of the associated site hygiene budget including pest control, hygiene and laundry. - To monitor chemical usage for cleaning to ensure usage is within agreed levels and budgets. - Responsible for implementing the relevant health and safety measures for chemical handling and cleaning. - Manage the contract for pest control, ensuring the Pest Control Manual is updated and that corrective actions are closed out in a timely manner. - To manage the 3rd party laundry contract and the service that is provided. - Liaise with the Indirect Procurement Manager to ensure appropriate stocks and materials are available on site and ensure usage is monitored. - Ensure all equipment and grounds within the site perimeters are covered and adhering to our hygiene management systems and that relevant control documentation is held. - To provide reports of activity and performance against KPIs as required. - To take an active role on 3rd party and customer audits/ visits and ensure actions relating to non-conformance are closed out. - Drive best practice across your site and within the Q&FS function. Person Specification Qualifications Hold or working towards IOSH or NEBOSH. Intermediate / Advanced Food Hygiene certificate required. Experience Proven track record of managing hygiene functions, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Our client, the market leaders in the manufacture of plastic containers with sites in the UK and across Europe, are looking to recruit a Technical Development Engineer. Your challenge will be to provide research, process development & improvements, and technical support to manufacturing as well as their customers. Specifically you will be responsible for *Identifying and trialling new Polymer Grades for manufacturing *Trialling and co-ordinate the handover of new tooling and equipment to manufacturing *Conducting testing on their customer production lines. The role is wide and varied and other aspects will include *Providing technical support to business and operations *Undertaking technical investigations *Other related duties incidental to the nature of the work. In all aspects you will ensure technical activity is compliant with all company and external regulations, standards and codes and is signed-off by relevant Technical Authorities You will need hands on experience, a broad technical background, preferably with an Engineering Degree Qualification. You will have at least 3 years experience in Injection Moulding Processing and have proven skills in managing multiple projects as well as your own time.
