More than 425 lawyers develop asset management and protection strategies designed to help clients manage risk, continue growth, and protect market share around the globe. We understand the commercial issues and pressures which arise from IP disputes or related negotiations, and provide innovative and strategic solutions to deal with them. We offer advice on all related IP matters such as advertising and promotion law, data security, digital media content, e-commerce/Internet transactions, and privacy protection. We also help develop compliance programmes in response to new corporate policies or national and local government regulations, including IP, privacy, or quality control audits.
Person Specification
The Yorkshire TMC team require an additional IP Senior Associate/Legal Director/Partner to join either the Leeds or Sheffield office. The emphasis of the work is on the non-contentious side, and the successful candidate will need extensive supervisory/management experience and strong marketing skills. Clients include major government departments, some of the world's leading technology and communications companies, national regulatory authorities, major financial institutions, owners of well-known international brands and patents, multinational media and entertainment companies, internet service providers and e-business enterprises.
