You will be conducting a variety of different market research surveys for our high profile clients in the following areas:
• Publishing
• Information Technology
• Banking, financial services and insurance
You should have an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. There is no selling involved in this department and being able to communicate at all levels is an essential part of the role. Experience in this area is useful but a large number of our staff in this department have come from different career paths but have the right skill sets and attitude.
The focus is on agent development and for career minded individuals there are excellent opportunities for 2008. You will take part in the VOICE PDP (personal development plan) which intends to progress our people into management positions.
