Duties:

*Work closely with the Planning Manager to provide a cost effective resource solution that meets customer requirements. 
*Monitor all mechanical resources to ensure Production outputs are never compromised. 
*Form strong bonds with all internal customers and ensure good communication channels are maintained.
*Develop and drive manufacturing enhancements with Design. 
*Support Design and Procurement in understanding the best solutions for overall component supply and assembly.
*Participate in the Manufacturing development of new products.
*Ensure all working environments meet Health and Safety standards.
*Construct a Manufacturing Training Programme that develops product knowledge across all staff to ensure all products can be manufactured at any time. 
*Motivate and Develop Direct Reports.
*Analyse KPI Reporting metrics to drive improvements.
