Antitrust Associate (3-5 PQE) - Top US Law Firm

A leading US law firm is seeking a Competition Associate (3-5 PQE) to join its London team. The practice is recognised for advising on complex, high-value competition and antitrust matters across the UK, Europe and other key jurisdictions, acting for multinational corporates, financial sponsors and major global businesses across tech, life sciences, financial services, private equity infrastructure and industrial markets. The team is consistently recognised by legal directories for its strength in merger control, regulatory investigations and contentious competition matters.

Working as part of a highly integrated international practice, you will advise on a broad mix of matters including multi-jurisdictional merger clearances, foreign investment and regulatory approvals, cartel and behavioural investigations, abuse of dominance issues, competition compliance programmes and wider strategic advisory work. The team is regularly instructed on transactions and investigations involving significant regulatory scrutiny, coordinating advice across multiple jurisdictions and industry sectors
