Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Products\nJob Title: Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Products\nIndustry Sector: KBB, Bathrooms, Radiators, Towel Rails, Plumbers Merchants and Bathroom Retailers/ Bathroom Showrooms\nArea to be covered: Anglia and Surrounding Area (NR, CB, IP, CM, CO, SG & SS)\nRemuneration: £55,000 neg. + £15,000-£20,000 Commission Uncapped + up to 10% Salary Uplift\nBenefits: Fully expensed Car and benefits\nThe role of the Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Products will involve:\n * Field sales role promoting our clients manufactured range of bathroom products\n * Predominantly an account development role\n * You will be responsible for circa 300+ accounts\n * Approx. 50% plumbers merchants/ builders merchants and 50% bathroom showrooms\n * £4.5m-£5m turnover, one of the premier territories nationally\n * Up to 8 customer calls per day – 4.5 days per week\n * £500-£1,000 average order value\n * Promoting newly released products including baths, shower enclosures and bathroom furniture\nThe ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager – Bathroom Products with:\n * B2B field sales experience, must have sold into plumbers merchants/ building merchants or independent retail showrooms\n * Previous field sales experience within the bathroom industry is not essential\n * Specific bathroom or KBB knowledge is not required\n * Contacts within plumbers merchants and bathroom showrooms is not essential\n * No job hoppers, our client is looking for candidates seeking longevity in their careers\n * Comfortable promoting middle to upper non branded products\n * Proven territory management skills\n * Relationship builder with excellent account management skills\n * Able to effectively overcome objections in a selling situation\nThe Company:\n * 200 employees\n * Est.
