Chartered Building Surveyor

This position sits within a multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering commercial building surveying, project management and professional advisory instructions.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n * Lead dilapidations instructions for landlord and tenant clients\n\n * Deliver technical due diligence reporting for acquisitions, disposals and refinancing\n\n * Manage refurbishment and fit-out project delivery\n\n * Undertake contract administration, Employer’s Agent and Project Manager duties\n\n * Mentor graduate surveyors and support APC progression\n\nRequirements\n\n * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline\n\n * MRICS qualification\n\n * Minimum one year post-qualification consultancy experience\n\n * Commercial experience across dilapidations, TDD and refurbishment delivery\n\n * Working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts\n\nSalary & Package\n\n * £50,000–£60,000 salary\n\n * Performance bonus\n\n * Private healthcare\n\n * Flexible hybrid working\n\n * CPD and training support\n\n📩 Apply by sending your CV or contact us for more information
