This nationwide presence ensures rapid response times and consistent service delivery, regardless of location \n\nTailored Solutions for Diverse SectorsOur client specializes in providing customized facilities management solutions across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, retail, and public services. Their expertise allows them to address the unique challenges and requirements of each sector effectively \n\nJOB RESPONSBILITIES\n\nService and maintain commercial heating systems and boilers\nInstall, diagnose, and repair heating systems and domestic hot and cold water systems\nInstall heating plant, domestic water plant, and water heaters\nCarry out pipework installation for water, gas, air, and associated systems\nOperate press-fit tools\nComplete reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance\nWork collaboratively with other trades on-site\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards\nComplete job reports and associated documentation accurately\nPrepare material lists and support apprentices when required\nParticipate in the on-call rota to provide emergency support\nUndertake additional duties in line with business requirements\n\nSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\n\nNVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing\nValid Commercial Gas Qualifications: COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1A\nLPG qualification (desirable)\nOFTEC 101, 105E & 600A (desirable)\nUnvented Hot Water Storage certification\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills\nGood understanding of health and safety procedures\nProfessional and customer-focused approach\nStrong communication and reporting skills\nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nSALARY & BENEFITS\n\n£42,000 – £45,000 basic salary\nOTE £55,000+\nCompany diesel van and fuel card\nPension scheme\nCore working hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)\nOn-call rota: 1 in 16 (approximately 2–4 weeks per year)\nUnlimited overtime available\nAdditional company benefits\n\nIf you have any questions on this role, please contact Tom on (phone number removed) & (url removed)
