Compliance Officer

A highly regarded London law firm is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join its growing Risk & Compliance team.

Working closely with the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will play a key role in AML, sanctions, conflicts, client onboarding and wider regulatory matters across the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on AML and regulatory requirements

• Reviewing client and matter onboarding processes

• Conducting conflicts and sanctions checks

• Supporting policy development and compliance training

• Undertaking ongoing monitoring and enhanced due diligence

• Acting as a mentor to junior team members

Ideal candidates will have previous law firm compliance experience, strong knowledge of SRA regulations and a practical understanding of legal sector AML risks.
