You will be responsible for the efficient collation, storage, and management of all serviceable and salvageable items, ensuring traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will also support the timely flow of materials, maintain accurate inventory, and contribute to operational excellence by ensuring all related processes are carried out safely and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to collaborate across teams will contribute directly to Safran's reputation for quality and reliability.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Efficiently collate and manage salvageable items in coordination with upstream teams.\n- Accurately store and manage serviceable items within the Distribution Centre.\n- Oversee the collation, allocation, and return of sales and production float items to appropriate donors.\n- Ensure all conformity requirements are met when transferring parts between kits for onward release.\n- Support the timely dispersal of parts to production areas to meet operational flow targets.\n- Ensure all required traceability information is provided for each lifed item in line with regulatory standards.\n- Manage new spares and production float stocks, including receipts, returns, repairs, and regular checks.\n- Maintain accurate stock records through effective booking, checking, cycle counting, and error management.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\n\n- Strong IT and systems skills - Essential\n- Excellent attention to detail - Essential\n- Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Essential\n- Strong organisation and planning capabilities - Essential\n- Adaptability and a flexible approach to dynamic environments - Essential\n- Commitment to Continuous Improvement (CI) and health and safety - Essential\n- A keen sense of "right first time" - Essential
