The customers are there.\n\nNow they're looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas, commercial thinking and a bit of digital know-how to help unlock the next stage of growth.\n\nThis isn't a "sit behind a screen and watch reports" ecommerce role.\n\nYou'll be close to the products, close to customers, and part of the decisions that make a difference.\n\nAbout the job\n\nYou'll be responsible for driving revenue, shaping commercial direction, and leading sales operations within the UK market.\n\nThe role sits somewhere between commercial sales, ecommerce and account development, perfect for someone who understands that great online sales aren't just about clicking buttons and changing banners.\n\nYou'll be responsible for:\n\nDeveloping and delivering the UK sales strategy, driving growth across ecommerce, retail and trade channels\nOwning commercial performance including forecasting, budgets, margins and sales reporting\nMaximising online sales performance through DTC, marketplaces, website optimisation and digital activity\nBuilding and strengthening relationships with key retail partners, garden centres and trade customers\nIdentifying new growth opportunities, supporting brand development and improving customer journeys\nRepresenting the business externally while using market insight and data to shape future strategy \n\nYou won't be inheriting a blank sheet of paper and you won't be expected to reinvent everything overnight.\n\nThe opportunity is to understand what's working, challenge where needed, and keep things moving on an upward trajectory.\n\nWho will love this job?\n\nSomeone who:\n\nHas experience across ecommerce and sales, ideally within consumer products in the Home, Garden or Outdoor Living categories\nUnderstands what makes an online customer journey work\nEnjoys analysing performance but also getting stuck into the detail\nCan build strong relationships with customers and internal teams\nBrings ideas, energy and a practical approach\nIs comfortable working independently and taking ownership\nIsn't afraid to say "have we thought about doing it this way?" \n\nThis role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a smaller team where you can make a visible difference.\n\nKeen to find out more?
