  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators for our products and markets.
  • Collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to support their data needs and help them make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data within our core platforms, including FlightDeck.
  • Translate data-driven insights into clear and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Support the entire product lifecycle with robust data analysis, from initial research and development to launch and ongoing performance management.

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent graduate with a 2:2 degree or above in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • A strong academic background with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An excellent communicator, comfortable with explaining complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Some relevant work experience (such as an internship, placement, or graduate-level role) is highly desirable.
  • A keen interest in applying data to solve business problems, particularly within the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and be able to work from our London office 3 days a week.

What we offer:

  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
  • A 37.5-hour working week.
  • Comprehensive training, development opportunities, and the chance to grow your career in a fast-moving fintech.

If you’re ambitious, data-driven, and ready to build your career in financial services, we’d love to hear from you.
