You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nHR Administration\n\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and records are completed accurately.\nMaintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.\nAssist with HR administration, including contracts, references, right-to-work checks, and other employment documentation.\nRespond to general HR queries from employees and managers.\nSupport the delivery and administration of training, learning and development initiatives.\nAssist with employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and wellbeing initiatives.\nHelp maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards.Recruitment Support\n\nCoordinate recruitment activities, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communications.\nSupport hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.\nMaintain recruitment records and provide reporting on recruitment activity.\nAssist with graduate, university, and early careers engagement initiatives where required.General Administration\n\nProvide high-quality administrative support to the HR team and wider business.\nCoordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and take minutes when required.\nCreate surveys and assist with collecting and analysing employee feedback.\nSupport internal events and team-building activities.\nAssist with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.Essential Skills & Experience\n\nPrevious experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or Administrative Support role.\nExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy environment.\nProfessional approach with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Desirable Skills & Experience\n\nPrevious experience within a consulting, professional services, or corporate environment.\nKnowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices.\nExperience using HR systems and software.\nDegree or qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with Employment Hero or similar HR platforms.How to Apply\n\nReady to embark on a rewarding career with us?\n\nSend your CV outlining your experience and why you would be a great fit for the role.\n\nOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
