Learning Support Assistants

Your responsibilities will include:\n\nProviding one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN).\n\nAssisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons that cater to individual learning styles.\n\nPromoting a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.\n\nMonitoring and tracking student progress.\n\nCollaborating with other staff members and parents to ensure each student's success.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nWe're seeking dedicated individuals who are:\n\nCompassionate and patient.\n\nEnthusiastic about working with students of all abilities.\n\nAdaptable and able to think on their feet.\n\nTeam players who can collaborate effectively.\n\nWilling to learn and grow in their role.\n\nQualifications:\n\nWhile prior experience in a similar role is a plus, it's not a requirement.
