You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of equipment, ensuring the smooth running of production processes, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the facility. If you're a skilled engineer looking for a challenging and rewarding role, this is your opportunity.\n\nThis is what you'll be doing.\n\nConducting both planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure the smooth running of production lines\nDiagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nEnsuring all work complies with health and safety standards and food industry regulations\nContributing to continuous improvement initiatives, optimising processes and enhancing efficiency\nWorking collaboratively with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operationThe experience you'll bring to the team.\n\nPrevious experience in a maintenance engineering role within a fast paced manufacturing or food production environment\nStrong electrical fault-finding and repair skills\nA proactive and problem-solving approach, with the ability to work effectively under pressure\nRecognised Electrical Engineering Qualifications (NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced setting \n\nAnd this is what you'll get in return.\n\nA salary of circa £47,000\nOpportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment. \n\nAre you up to the challenge?\n\n Are you what we're looking for?
