Busy Bees Epsom, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 84 children across three base rooms, featuring two outdoor areas, including a dedicated nature area in the preschool outdoor space. • Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
\n
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
\n
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
\n
• Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
\n
• Act as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
\n
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.
\n

\n\nRequired Qualifications\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n

\n
• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
\n
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (ideally as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner).
\n
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
\n
• Passionate about fostering children’s development and creating positive relationships with families.
