Our client, a well-established and market-leading organisation within the manufacturing and technical solutions sector, is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their busy operations team.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused administrator who enjoys coordinating projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through to project completion.\n\nThe Role\n\nReporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, internal sales teams, project teams, and supply chain functions. You will be responsible for coordinating project and fabrication orders, maintaining accurate project information within SAP, and ensuring customers receive timely updates regarding production schedules and delivery dates.\n\nWorking within a fast-paced environment, you will play a vital role in supporting project delivery, managing customer communications, and ensuring all stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and project-related queries.\nProcess and manage project and fabrication orders through SAP.\nCoordinate customer projects from initial order through to completion.\nProvide customers with accurate updates on production status and delivery schedules.\nManage and prioritise enquiries through a shared inbox.\nLiaise with internal sales teams, project teams, supply chain, warehouse, and external customers to ensure projects are delivered on time.\nCoordinate material requirements and project schedules with relevant departments.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and undertake associated administrative duties.\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nCandidate Requirements\n\nThe successful candidate will possess:\n\nPrevious experience within a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, or similar role.\nExperience working within a manufacturing, engineering, technical, or project-led environment.\nStrong SAP knowledge and experience.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nA proactive approach and strong attention to detail.\nThe ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.\nWhat's on Offer\nOpportunity to join a respected and growing organisation.\nVaried and fast-paced role with exposure to multiple business functions.\nSupportive team environment.\nOngoing training and development opportunities.\nLong-term career progression prospects.\n\nIf you are an experienced administrator with strong SAP and Excel skills and are looking for your next challenge within a project-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.\n\n26 days holiday, plus stats, excellent, plus many more
