Regional Relief Sales Consultant - Colchester/Thurrock\n\nSimon Acres Recruitment are looking for a personable, driven, and positive Regional Relief Sales Consultant for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer.\n\nThe Regional Relief Sales Consultant is responsible for providing cover as/when needed in the client’s Colchester and Thurrock stores.\n\nIn this role your focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, sales advice, and creating an informed, honest, professional sales experience for our client's customers, both face to face and over the telephone.\n\n- Valid UK driving license required\n\n- Other travel may be required for additional store coverage\n\nPackage:\n\n- Starting Salary: £25,750 Basic (DOE) + £45k OTE\n\n- Working Hours: 5 days per week/40 hours\n\nHours may differ slightly depending on store\n\n- Mileage allowance structure\n\nJob specification;\n\n● Maintain and develop both new and existing customers through excellent customer care and ethical sales methods\n\n● Achieve your performance KPI's\n\n● Provide outstanding customer service at all times, resolving all customer queries quickly and efficiently, managing situations to result in successful conclusions\n\n● Being able to handle telesales calls in between the store's footfall\n\n● Being able to adapt to new technology to help enhance customer experience\n\n● Work flexibly and as part of the team, ensuring stock is replenished and displayed to the required standard\n\n● Carry out daily cash handling routines\n\n● Adhering to data protection policies at all times\n\n● Changing POS and updating pricing changes within the store\n\n● Ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times\n\nThe successful candidate will:\n\n● Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\n● Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude\n\n● Be smart and presentable at all times\n\n● Have the drive to hit KPIs & targets\n\n● Be able to listen to a customer's needs and match to an appropriate product\n\n● Have experience of active sales with a proven track record\n\nRequired Experience;\n\n * Minimum of 1 year's retail Sales/Customer Service experience\n\n * Advantage - Furniture Sales experience\n\nPerks;\n\n * Holiday: 30 days & your Birthday as day off\n\n * Extras: On-site Free parking, Staff & Family Discounts\n\nSimon Acres Recruitment are acting as the employment agency in relation to this vacancy
