Year 2 Class Teacher

Ideally the school is looking for someone full-time but will consider a part-time job share for the right teacher.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDeliver effective lessons that meet the national curriculum guidelines for Year 2\nCreate a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.\nAssess and monitor student's progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.\nDevelop and implement individualised learning plans for students with specific educational needs.\nCollaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student's overall development.\nParticipate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.Requirements:\n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS).\nProven experience teaching Key Stage 1\nStrong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and assessment methods.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to inspire and motivate students.\nCommitment to continuous professional development and a collaborative working style.INDSOUTH
